    Site Rules

    Children:

    • Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
    • No child may be left unattended.

    Quiet Time:

    • Curfew at 11:00 PM for all noise, barbecues, and music.
    • Excessive noise after 9:30 PM is not permitted.

    Visitors:

    • Visitors must be approved in advance by management.

    BBQs and Fires:

    • BBQs must be raised off the ground and never left unattended. No fires or fire pits allowed.
    • Ensure all BBQs are fully extinguished before disposal.
    • Never use BBQs in enclosed spaces like tents or vehicles.
    • Familiarise yourself with the location of fire points.

    Waste Disposal:

    • All household/food waste must be bagged and tied before placing in site bins.
    • Non-household waste (e.g., broken equipment) must be taken home.
    • Improper disposal will incur charges; CCTV may be in operation.

    Vehicles and Driving:

    • 5 mph speed limit on-site.
    • No drink driving; laws apply.
    • Loud exhaust vehicles not permitted.
    • In extreme wet conditions, vehicles may be required to park off grass.
    • Children’s electric/petrol vehicles are not allowed.

    Dogs:

    • Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be on leads.
    • Owners must clean up after their dogs.
    • Dogs cannot be left unattended.
    • Dangerous/nuisance dogs must be removed immediately.
    • XL Bully dogs and breeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not allowed.

    Health & Safety:

    • Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
    • Drug use is strictly prohibited.
    • Alcohol consumption allowed only for those 18 and over.
    • Fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and offensive weapons are banned.
    • Tampering with electrical equipment results in immediate removal and liability for damage.

    Conduct and Courtesy:

    • Courteous, considerate behaviour is expected from all guests and staff.
    • Threatening behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.

    Eviction Policy:

    • Guests causing nuisance, danger, or damage will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
